What are you reading this week?

I haven't done a #FitReaders Check in in FOREVER, so...

Here are my stats for the last week:

Monday: 10,594
Tuesday: 10,791
Wednesday: 11,317
Thursday: 7,961
Friday: 8,142
Saturday: 10,203
Sunday:  12,456
Total: 71,464

I had a couple days in there that weren't at the 10K goal, but that's OK! It still averaged out to 70K for the week. I do a lot of yoga, (which you've seen a lot of if you follow my instagram). It's a great workout, but doesn't get you a lot of steps! On Sunday however my husband and I went to the track and I ran a whole mile without stopping! I walk a lot but running has never really been my thing. Did a 5k in my mid 20s to prove to myself I could do it. Felt like getting back into it lately, and was pleased with my run yesterday!

Have a great week everyone!

  2. Just read your review of Everything You Keep and clicked through on your Goodreads button to add it to my wish list of reading. It published on the 1st of August and it has over 10 700 ratings!! How did that happen! Wow.

  3. My FitBit steps are kind of embarrassing. lol I broke my ankle last year and I really am only now at a point where being on it a lot doesn't kill me. I remember when I could only handle the lowest setting on the treadmill... Saturday night I went to listen to a band and actually danced! Progress. :)

  4. Nice job! I like that "weekly total" step count - I like to hit 10,000 steps each day, but if I have a low day, I still want that 70-80,000 steps per week. For example, I was in the car all day Saturday, but walked around Hersheypark all Sunday for over 20,000 steps, so it evens out! haha
